Who else has been working with chakras before? ✨

As soon as I became more aware I noticed I had this feeling of being blocked in my throat. This continual feeling I just couldn’t shift no matter what I did. I went to the doctors at the time and they couldn’t find anything physically wrong with me, I even had scans, nothing there to note.

This is through somatic work I started to work through and integrate the trauma ✨

I found that when I was triggered, I often felt this raw burning sensation in my throat! Oh my so painful when I fully sat with it. This feeling / pain was this feeling of not being heard!

I recognised through training that I wasn’t speaking my truth, I wasn’t being my authentic self!
I was people pleasing to say things others wanted me to say or do things others wanted me to do. So I could feel comfortable, so I could feel safe. A learnt behavioural habit!

The pain used to be there all the time, now it’s not there as often! As I’ve learnt to sit with it and understand the medicine in the moment, what is my body trying to tell me, what do I need to integrate?

Chakra work is sooo powerful when you recognise the need for it ✨💜

Healing is about learning to respond to a situation rather than react 💥

💫 During winter I was resting, then end of Jan came and making space soon became the next theme for this cycle of my life. Physically removing old papers from the house, deleting old computer files, gifting old items to people and charity 👌.

Another period of rest entered a surrender phase, I sat back and observed, I knew what I wanted to clear energetically to make space for more abundance to come in. This week I’ve asked the universe for opportunities to allow those ‘triggers’ to come forward. This is of course within divine timing and last week I sat with the knowledge I’m about to shift in an amazing way and my reality will not be the same. 💕

🙌 As the triggers have arisen I’ve sat with my different parts and listened to what needed to be heard. One of these parts was ‘I don’t feel heard’ I’ve told them how grateful I am to have these parts within me as part of my life and I’ve felt the pain ie old stuck energy within my body. As soon as I felt this energy, I’ve released it back into the earth as this wasn’t mine it was just something I’ve picked up and absorbed as part of my human story.

Everytime I get triggered I express gratitude as not only does this mean this is opportunity for me to heal it also means this is the next phase of my life showing and I get curious as to what is about to happen next 💕🥰 I feel so much love and warmth as the universe co-creates with me. #divinetiming #universe #vulnerability #manifestingabundance #trauma #triggers

Cycles are present throughout life ♾️

Nothing is permenant, change is forever imminent and learning to embrace this, is what matters most in the flow of life 🥰

Cycles are present within the body, I’ve had so many cycles this year of new learnings and then the inevitable shedding of things that no longer serve me and the ‘winter period’ of slowing down and integrating. Every time having been amazed with the shifts once I honoured ‘the winter rest’

I surrendered to knowing that my body knew more than I did for what was coming and it was right everytime. Let’s see what 2023 brings 💕♾️

2020 - 2023 has been a continual journey of making space 💫 letting go of things that no longer serve me.

This meant controls too, at the time I felt this to be challenging, however I followed my gut/ intuition and it worked perfectly. 💕 I was ready to move forward. It allowed me to make space for better things!
