What Is a Group Regression? What to Expect Before You Go
Curious about a Dolores Cannon-inspired group regression? Georgia explains how the experience works, what you might notice and how it differs from a private QHHT session.

The short answer: it is a guided inner journey shared in a group
A group regression is a guided relaxation experience in which several people follow the same spoken journey while having their own private inner experience. You are together in one room, but nobody else enters your memories or sees what you see.
Georgia’s group regressions are inspired by the group method shared by Dolores Cannon. They offer an accessible introduction to guided regression without trying to recreate the depth, length or personal questioning of a private QHHT day.
What happens when you arrive?
The session begins with a clear explanation of what will happen and time to settle into the space. Georgia guides the group through relaxation before moving into a series of inner exercises. You listen, notice what arises and remain free to adjust your position, open your eyes or pause if you need to.
You do not have to speak in front of the group or share personal information. There may be an opportunity to reflect afterwards, but what you experienced remains yours to describe—or keep private.
Do you have to be good at visualising?
No. Some people notice detailed images, while others experience words, feelings, colours, physical sensations or a quiet sense of knowing. Some simply feel deeply relaxed. There is no correct performance and no prize for having the most dramatic story.
Trying too hard can make the experience feel more difficult. It is usually more helpful to follow the guidance gently and describe to yourself whatever is actually present, even when that begins with very little.
Is a group regression the same as QHHT?
No. A group regression is a shared guided experience. A private QHHT session is an individual, in-person day with a longer conversation, personal questions, one-to-one guidance and a private recording of the hypnosis portion.
The group format can help you discover whether guided inner exploration interests you. It does not replace a private session when you want substantial time devoted to your own history, questions and experience.
Will you definitely see a past life?
No particular scene, memory or spiritual explanation can be guaranteed. A participant may experience something that feels like a past life, a symbolic story, an ordinary memory, imagination or simply a period of rest. You are allowed to remain curious without deciding immediately what it was.
The value of the exercise is personal. You might leave with an image to reflect on, a different view of a familiar pattern or no clear interpretation at all. None of those responses means that you did the session incorrectly.
How should you prepare?
Wear comfortable clothes and check the event listing for the venue, timing, accessibility and anything you need to bring. Arrive with enough time to settle rather than rushing through the door. Avoid alcohol beforehand, and contact Georgia before attending if you have a practical or wellbeing question about taking part.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed intention. One simple question—what am I curious to understand?—is enough. Keep your plans afterwards reasonably spacious if possible, so you can return to ordinary activity without feeling hurried.
Keep the experience grounded afterwards
Give yourself time before turning an image or feeling into a definite conclusion. Write down what you remember, notice what still feels meaningful after a few days and let uncertainty remain where it needs to.
Group regression is offered as personal and spiritual exploration. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis or evidence that a particular memory is historically factual. Important health, mental-health, legal or financial decisions belong with appropriately qualified professionals.
Choosing between a group event and a private session
Choose a group regression if you are curious about the process, enjoy a shared setting or want a shorter introduction. Choose private QHHT if you want an individual day, personal questions and much more time centred on your own experience.
Neither choice is more spiritually advanced. The useful choice is the one that fits your comfort, circumstances and genuine curiosity. Read the current event details carefully, and ask Georgia before booking if anything is unclear.
