The important terms are shown before booking or payment. This information does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Independent UK legal review remains recommended.
Scope and purchases
These terms apply to the website, digital courses, downloads, online sessions, in-person events and community spaces. Prices and inclusions are shown before payment. A contract forms when the order is accepted and confirmation is sent in a durable form.
Access and community care
Access is personal and non-transferable. Materials must not be shared, copied, resold or used to train automated systems. Members must act respectfully, protect confidentiality and avoid harassment, discrimination, unlawful conduct and unsolicited promotion.
Intellectual property
Course materials, recordings, workbooks, branding and original content remain owned by Soulistic Ascension or its licensors. Purchase provides a limited personal-use licence.
Availability and changes
We may make reasonable improvements or schedule changes. If a material change prevents the purchased service being provided, we will offer an appropriate remedy. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other non-excludable liability. These terms use the law of England and Wales while consumers retain mandatory protections where they live.
